European Salad

An excellent combination of tomatoes, feta cheese, shallots and fresh Red Leaf lettuce.



  1. Wash several leaves of Red Leaf Lettuce
  2. Dry lettuce and throw into a bowl
  3. Slice 1 fresh tomato or use cherry/grape tomatoes
  4. Chop 1 shallot
  5. Dice several pieces of feta cheese or use crumbled
  6. Add the chopped shallot and feta cheese to the bowl
  7. Add 2 spoons of olive oil
  8. Add 1 spoon of balsamic vinegar
  9. Add half or less a spoon of red wine vinegar
  10. Add pepper and salt to taste
  11. Mix well and then serve
